-All rates are quoted in Thai Baht, and subject to 10% service charge, 7% applicable government tax.

-The rates are inclusive of breakfast for two persons.

-Valid until 31 October 2010.

-Invalid during New Year (26 Dec ‘09- 3 Jan ’10) and Songkran period (10-18 April ’10)

-Extra person (Adult) is charged at 800 Baht per night inclusive of breakfast.

-A child under the age of 6 years old stay with parents without extra bed are free of charge. A child aged between 6 to 12 years old will be charged at 400 Baht per room/night inclusive of breakfast and mattress.

-All rooms are non-smoking room.

- Check-in time is 14:00HRS and check-out time is 12:00HRS. We will make every effort to accommodate guests arriving prior to 12.00hrs.
- Late check-out upon request and subject to room availability.

- Confirmed booking cancelled within 3 days before arrival and no-shows will be subject to a cancellation charge of 100% of the total number of rooms reserved.
